Bright Drop Yoga Classes
Breath is the foundation of yoga. I have worked with the breath in yoga and speech-language pathology. My teaching philosophy is to guide people to the practice that works best for them, gaining flexibility in their body, mind, and heart.
Yoga classes are for all levels. They include breathing, warm-up stretching, flowing through vinyasa sequences, sun salutations, balancing, backbends, restorative poses, and guided meditation. Directions are stated clearly with modifications and variations. Students are encouraged to practice with effort, ease, to their edge, and safely in a welcoming community.
